Important Update Regarding the Covid-19 Pandemic

We are all in this together. The global Covid-19 pandemic continues to impact all our families, our businesses, and our communities. Aprinnova understands that you need information to help you plan. We share this guidance to our community of distributors, customers, consumers, and followers, and commit to provide updates, as applicable.

Manufacturing operations have not been affected and plans are in place to maintain safe operations at our manufacturing sites as local regulations permit. We are committed to the safety and well-being of our employees and our global communities. To this end, Aprinnova has implemented a work from home policy for all non-manufacturing employees in compliance with local public health authority. This will maximize our ability to continue to add value to our business partners’ efforts while ensuring employee safety. We will be postponing all planned public events, such as the Future of Clean Barcelona, until a later date, and are complying with all state, local, and regional guidelines and regulations regarding public gatherings.

In addition, even in the face of unstable markets, Aprinnova is committed to maintaining our core business continuity values. Please note the following:

• Aprinnova and our distributors currently maintain suitable volumes of Neossance Squalane and Hemisqualane inventory to meet the needs of our global customers through the end of 2020. We will support the smooth delivery of product and samples in coordination with our distribution partners, understanding that the delivery of goods may be affected by regionally based transportation guidelines and regulations.
• We understand the important work of new product development and ideation must continue, even during times of remote working and uncertainty. We will be offering enhanced online technical consultations and support and will ramp up our online webcast and resource offerings to support new product and applications development.
